Instead of asking myself if I was capable, I asked, "What’s next on my to-do list that I can handle right now?" This shifted my focus from fear to empowerment. If you struggle with procrastination or self-doubt, I encourage you to try this method. Start by identifying practical next steps in your goals and commit to taking action, no matter how small. Remember, action itself builds confidence and discipline, creating a positive loop that leads to growth.
