Some techniques that worked for me include practicing in front of a mirror, focusing on breathing to stay calm, and even using humor to acknowledge these involuntary expressions. Ultimately, recognizing this challenge allows for more authentic and lighthearted social interactions, reminding us that it's okay not to be perfect at hiding what we feel — sometimes, our faces say very true things indeed.
