My 2026 mornings are simple, slow, and intentional ☕️

I start with coffee, Lemon water & My Greens Drink and a few quiet minutes before touching my phone.

Then I move my body sometimes the gym, sometimes just stretching or a walk.

I eat early now (protein + carbs), which has completely changed my energy.

Before the day starts, I set one intention so I’m not moving on autopilot.

Nothing extreme. Nothing perfect.

Just habits I can actually keep.
