These cell lines, originating from fetal cells decades ago, are grown in labs purely to produce vaccines and are not found as direct ingredients in food or beverages. This distinction is critical; while vaccine development can involve these cell lines, soft drinks and other consumer products typically do not include such biological materials. As a consumer keen on scientific accuracy, I researched reliable sources explaining that although aborted fetal tissue-derived cell lines are instrumental in vaccine manufacturing, companies like PepsiCo have no confirmed use of these tissues in their soft drinks.
