Alfredo 🍤🧄 bread 🥖
Garlic Bread with Alfredo Sauce + 🍤
Season 300g large shrimp
1 tbsp garlic powder,
1 tbsp paprika powder
Salt and pepper.
Add 2 tbsp butter to a pot and cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove from the pot and set aside.
Make the garlic butter
by combining:
butter
1 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp chopped garlic.
Mix well and spread over 1 loaf of French bread. Bake at 425°F or 200•C for 10 minutes or until golden and toasty!
For the Alfredo Cream:
In a pan, melt butter and add 2 chopped garlic cloves, sauté for a minute and add 2 cups of heavy cream or salted cream. While stirring, add 1 cup of parmesan cheese. Once it starts to bubble, reduce the heat. Season with salt and black pepper.
On the toasted garlic bread add Alfredo sauce, top with shrimp and more Alfredo sauce. Finish with shredded mozzarella. More alfredo optional and bake until cheese is melted!
Garlic bread with Alfredo sauce is a perfect dish that combines rich flavors with delightful textures. To enhance your experience, consider experimenting with additional toppings such as fresh herbs or crushed red pepper for a bit of heat. Pair this indulgent dish with a crisp salad or roasted vegetables to balance the richness. It's also valuable to use fresh ingredients, especially when selecting shrimp; look for wild-caught options when possible. If you're aiming for a healthier variation, try using whole grain bread or reducing the amount of butter in the garlic spread. For cheese lovers, feel free to mix different types of cheese into your Alfredo sauce. Variations can be endless, but the core of this recipe remains the same: flavor and satisfaction. Whether you're serving it at a family dinner or a gathering with friends, shrimp Alfredo bread is bound to be a hit!
