... Read moreWhen preparing a sweet and spicy salmon bowl, it's essential to balance flavors and textures. The salmon provides a rich source of protein and healthy fats, while the mango salsa adds a refreshing twist. Ripe mangoes are an excellent source of vitamins A and C, making them not only tasty but also nutritious. Combine them with diced avocado for healthy fats and a creamy texture, and enhance the flavor with lime juice and chopped cilantro. For an extra kick, a jalapeño adds heat but can be adjusted based on your spice tolerance. This bowl is customizable; you can modify it by adding other ingredients like black beans or quinoa for additional fiber and nutrients. Serve the dish over a bed of jasmine rice to create a hearty meal. The combination of sriracha and light maple syrup in the salmon marinade gives the dish an irresistible sweet and spicy glaze, making it a perfect dinner option for any night of the week.
