Dough:

▢ 3 tablespoons olive oil

▢ 1 1/4 teaspoons salt

▢ 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

▢ 1 tablespoon instant yeast or active dry yeast

Toppings:

▢ 1 teaspoon sea salt flakes or kosher salt

▢ 2 cloves garlic (minced)

▢ 1 tablespoons chopped rosemary

▢ 1 tablespoon chopped oregano

Mix all dough ingredients together. Allow rise for an hour covered. Then preheat oven to 375 degrees. Poke your fingers into the dough to create dimples brush olive oil adding the toppings. Place into oven and bake for 30 minutes. Allow to cool for 5 minutes. Serve.
