The “I’m Fine” Club 🙋‍♀️😂

You know that moment when someone asks if you're okay and you automatically say:

"I'm fine."

Even though you're exhausted, overwhelmed, and running on coffee and vibes?

Yeah... me too.

A few years ago, I looked at my husband and said:

💛 "I'm empty. I have nothing left to give."

Not because I was weak.

Because I had been carrying everything for everyone for way too long.

The funny thing?

I still wasn't asking for help.
