Had to give up getting on the scale... My body is changing but the number is staying the same. Recomposition will have your mind sooooo delusional....

Don’t look at the scale- pictures!📸 I didn’t, but my sister showed me some old pictures when I was doubting myself. She was like, “Ummm… NO! Cause LOOK!” 😂 I was like… OK! 😍🙌🏽 Sometimes you really can’t see the progress until you look back! 🥰
