One of our favorite meals, birria. I know this is no way near the traditional recipe. This is a lazy Beria, but still a very delicious beer ever since I found these at Aldi. I’ve been making them at least once a month. Instead of paying $17 for three tacos at our local restaurant I’m paying about $17 for the whole meal and ironically enough this made 17 tacos so a dollar a piece.
