God cares about you 🫶
I think sometimes we believe God only wants to hear about the “big” things, like the life crises, the emergencies… but not the random anxiety that hits us at 2 AM, or the stress about that text we haven’t responded to, or the overwhelming feeling that life is moving too fast. But this verse hit me today: God cares about every single thing that weighs on our hearts. Not because we’re strong, but because He is loving.
When I drew this little crayon pastel themed artwork, I wanted it to look gentle and childlike, because that’s how we are to God. He’s not asking us to come all put together; He’s asking us to come honest. To lay it down. To stop holding everything in our own hands and simply say:
“Lord, I can’t carry this. But You can.”
If you’re scrolling right now feeling stressed, anxious, tired of pretending you’re fine.. then this is your reminder: you were never meant to carry it alone. The God of the universe sees you. He cares about you in a deep, intimate, personal way. Not just spiritually; but emotionally, mentally, physically.
Cast your cares. Release the weight. Let Him carry what you weren’t designed to hold.
Let today be the day you exhale and actually place your worries into His hands.
He doesn’t just care about what you’re going through. He cares about YOU.
