Digital Planning ➡️ Google calendar
When doing my digital planning I tend to just use Google Calendar since my phone is always close to my hand. Honestly some good key tips would be
⚫ Set alarms for different events so you don't forget!
⚫ Color coordinate events. this makes things so much easier when you open your calendar you can instantly know what kind of event something is.
(ex. sports-green school- blue)
⚫ You could also add the location of the event so Google maps will know where your headed as well.

Digital planning has become essential in today’s fast-paced world, and Google Calendar offers a versatile platform to streamline your scheduling needs. One important aspect of maximizing your experience with Google Calendar is setting alarms and notifications for your events. These reminders help ensure you never miss critical appointments and can be customized for different times based on your preference. Another effective strategy involves color coding your events. For instance, categorizing work-related events in blue and personal engagements in green not only beautifies your calendar but also allows for quick visual recognition. Such organization can dramatically improve your productivity as you can glance at your calendar and quickly identify your day's priorities. Additionally, consider adding locations to your events. This feature lets you leverage Google Maps right from the calendar, making it easier to navigate your day effectively. Whether you're planning a business meeting or scheduling a family outing, having the location handy can save you time. Implement these strategies and transform the way you manage your time with Google Calendar for a more organized and stress-free life.
