I HATE EATING LEFTOVERS 🤮 HERE IS HOW I DO IT!
On my fitness journey I sometimes get confused on if I’m eating too much or too little even tho I am tracking my macros! I have goals so I had to step outside the box! I got me a whole nutritionist!
For my goals I need:
133g of protein per day
121g of carbs per day
41g of fat per day
I 100% don’t like eating the same food back to back so I had to figure it out so it would work for me and goals so I can hit my goals and not go over!
My biggest thing is the meat. I’ll season each portion size differently and cook them differently if necessary! Then I will pair the veggies differently too! I 100% can’t stand leftovers and this surely helps! In my next post, I will share how I shop and save money lol

Meal prepping can be a game-changer on your fitness journey, especially for those who dislike leftovers. A major tip is to cook different proteins and season them uniquely each time, which not only enhances flavor but also prevents meal fatigue. Pair your proteins with a variety of vegetables to add crunch and diversity to your meals. Consider trying different cooking methods as well, such as grilling, baking, or stir-frying, to break the monotony of repetitive meals. Don't forget about the importance of tracking your macros! It's key to know your daily protein, carb, and fat requirements. For instance, if your daily goals are 133g of protein, 121g of carbs, and 41g of fat, structuring your meals around these numbers can lead to successful results. Additionally, mix up your meals by incorporating international cuisines or different cooking styles. This could include experimenting with flavors from Thai, Mediterranean, or Mexican dishes to keep your meal prep exciting. Utilizing weeks where you can batch-cook, trial different flavor combinations, and diversify your ingredients can also enhance your experience and satisfaction with meal prep. Lastly, remember that the key lies in adjusting flavors to your preference while adhering to your nutrition goals effectively.
