My 2025 Fitness Journey Healthy Habits

New year, fresh mindset! This year, I’m not just focusing on looking good—I’m focused on feeling good from the inside out. For me, this journey is about being consistent, intentional, and most importantly kind to myself. 🫶🏾

I’ve always struggled with my self image thinking I look one way and the whole time I literally look perfectly fine. This year I’m committing to making small, sustainable changes that boost my self image, keep me consistent, and bring me joy while also building strength, boosting energy bc ya girl is ALWAYS TIRED, and nourishing my mind and body. Whether it’s hitting my daily protein goals, moving my body, or prioritizing rest, I’m showing up for me!

This year I’m also going to dance once a week (Bad Bunny inspired me), tennis once a week (bonding time with my dad), and Pilates twice a week, in addition to gym AT LEAST 3x a week.

Here’s to progress over perfection—and becoming the best version of myself, one step at a time.
