HOW I FIXED MY GUT IN 6 DAYS
Links below
For reference and full understanding on what I looked like before go to my previous posts. That’ll DEFINITELY provide more context on why eating that steak had me looking CRAZYYYY.
I pretty much covered everything in the images but a couple other points I wanna make is:
🏋🏾♀️ - I’m currently going to the gym 3-4x a week. I’ve also been walking a 1.5 miles everyday. I have to walk slowly bc my legs start itching really bad if I move to fast or run (🥹)
⚖️ - I lost 7.5lbs after day 6
🫶🏾 - I wore my waist trainer twice
🤏🏾 - I did a lymphatic drainage massage on myself one night and I think that helped too
I have digestive enzymes I need to get back to taking them.
Happy to answer any questions. If anyone has any tips on bloating & gut health, I’m all ears!

Seeing those 'before' and 'after' pictures of my stomach transformation truly tells a story, but there's so much more to how I tackled my bloating and achieved a flatter stomach in just six days! It wasn't just about what I ate, but a holistic approach that really made a difference, and I want to share the nitty-gritty details that helped me feel incredible inside and out. My mornings became a crucial part of this journey. The first thing that touched my lips wasn't coffee, but a warm mug of water with fresh lemon and lime juice. I know 'lemon water empty stomach' is a popular tip, but experiencing it firsthand was eye-opening. It felt like a gentle cleanse, kickstarting my digestion before anything else. After that, I’d take my powerful turmeric shot – a fiery blend of turmeric, ginger, lemon, black pepper, apple cider vinegar, and cayenne. This potent mix felt like a digestive wake-up call, and I truly believe it helped reduce inflammation which often contributes to that stubborn bloat. These simple 'hot water morning empty stomach' and citrus rituals were non-negotiable for me. When it came to meals, I focused on nutrient-dense, gut-friendly options. My first meal of the day often consisted of sardines mashed with avocado. Sounds unusual, right? But the healthy fats from avocado and the omega-3s from sardines are fantastic for gut lining support. For dinner, a nourishing chicken bone broth base with salmon, chicken, ramen noodles, and zucchini became a staple. Bone broth is often praised in 'leaky gut diet' discussions for its collagen and amino acids, which can help repair the gut barrier. I noticed a significant difference in my digestion and energy levels after just a few days of consistent, wholesome meals like these. Beyond diet, staying hydrated with kombucha daily and plenty of water (32-64 ounces!) was key. I also integrated exercise, walking 1.5 miles daily and hitting the gym 3-4 times a week. And yes, I even tried a lymphatic drainage massage on myself one night, which seemed to help move things along! One unexpected, yet welcome, bonus from improving my gut health was the change in my skin. Before, I often dealt with dullness and occasional breakouts, especially around my chin. As my digestion improved and inflammation reduced, I noticed my skin started to clear up, looking brighter and healthier. It really reinforced the connection between our gut and overall well-being – a true 'skin before and after gut health diet' transformation for me. While I briefly tried a 'SEA MOSS 7 Day Cleansing System,' it didn't agree with me, causing severe cramps, so I quickly discontinued it. This journey showed me that listening to my body was just as important as following a plan. If you're looking to achieve a flatter stomach and improve your gut health, start with these small, consistent steps. It's incredible what your body can do in just six days when you give it the right support!

I know you're telling the truth because I do some similar things too, and yes, it does work. So she knows what she doing.👍🏾🙂✔️🌟
