Inflammation & Bloating Hack - Nature’s Ozempic
Okay I’m back with another #inflammation hack and this one is soooo good. My inflammation was GONE overnight AND I lost 2 lbs. I am not a doctor or health expert I only share what I know and have experienced.
I got an inflammation flare up because I stopped following my strict diet (hey, emotional eating) and before you know it I had blown up like a balloon. (I wish I had a picture) Nothing bloats me like red meat (see my last post for proof and what I did to combat that) but there are other foods that bloat me as well like shrimp, for example, but I was eating them anyways. Anywho, it got out of hand, plus I stopped working out, but then my body was like Sister, girl stop abusing me!
When I visited my mom (I promise it doesn’t get anymore Caribbean than this) the first thing she says when she saw me is “You gained weight.” I explained my issue and she went in her yard and cut cactus from her backyard. She blended some (as shown in the picture) and cut up pieces which I put in my 64 ounce water bottle.
I drank the 64 ounces of cactus water and I’ve had 2 cups of the cactus juice daily for the last 3 days.
Prickly Pear Cactus helps protect against inflammation and oxidative stress. & I can confirm - IT WORKS!
*Warning* - it has no taste, no flavor, it’s just mucusy in texture. 😅 I’ve also been taking probiotics recommended by a pharmacist for weight loss available on Amazon, a fat burner anddddd walking 10k steps MINIMUM a day. To be honest I haven’t had energy for anything else these days.
Just here to share awareness and spread the word! Please please please do your own research before consuming!
Inflammation is a common issue faced by many, often leading to bloating and discomfort. Prickly Pear Cactus, known for its rich nutrient content, is celebrated for its anti-inflammatory properties. It helps combat oxidative stress, which can contribute to inflammation in the body. The use of Prickly Pear not only aids in reducing inflammation but also supports weight loss by helping manage bloating after meals. In many traditional cultures, plants like Prickly Pear are utilized for their health benefits. This cactus has a long history of medicinal use, primarily recognized for its ability to aid digestion and improve metabolic health. Its gelatinous texture can work as a natural laxative and assist in regulating gut health when consumed in juice form. Incorporating probiotics into your routine, as mentioned in your experience, can boost gut health further. A balanced microbiome is key in managing inflammation and bloating effectively. Studies also support that regular physical activity, like the 10k steps you mentioned, can enhance digestion and overall health. Before starting any new health regimen using natural remedies like prickly pear cactus, it’s vital to consult with a healthcare provider. Everyone's body reacts differently, and personalized advice is crucial for safety and effectiveness. Always do thorough research to ensure that your health choices align with evidence-based practices.

Thanks for sharing sis. Will try this because I know I need it. Can you provide me with the probiotics from Amazon that you’re taking? Thanks
