But let's be real, a birthday self-care routine can be so much more than just a luxurious shower. It’s about dedicating time to you and making yourself feel truly special on your big day. For me, it starts even before stepping into the shower. I love waking up a little later, maybe enjoying a cup of coffee or tea in bed. Then, setting the mood is key! I light a cozy candle (something warm and sweet, like vanilla or, of course, a sugar cookie scent!) and put on some relaxing music. This immediately transforms my bathroom into a mini spa. While my Tree Hut Frosted Sugar Cookie scrub is amazing for exfoliating and making my skin feel super soft, I also like to incorporate a hydrating face mask. It’s those extra little steps that really elevate the experience. After my shower, slathering on the EOS Vanilla Cashmere lotion is non-negotiable – it smells divine and leaves my skin feeling nourished all day. And that 'Happy Birthday!' fragrance mist?
