In-flight food Japan Airlines Suvarnabhumi Airport route - Narita Airport
One of the things that many people want to know before choosing an airline is what it looks like on a plane, especially a Japanese airline known for its quality of food and service. On this trip, we flew with Japan Airlines Flight JL708 on a route from Suvarnabhumi Airport to Narita Airport (we traveled on December 11, 2025). We traveled a total of two people. So we ordered a different menu to taste many things and review what the meal on this flight looks like and tastes like.

The first menu is Lemon Butter Shrimp & Mushroom Orzo Pasta.
When the hostess came to serve, the first touch was the aroma of lemon butter sauce that refreshed the pasta menu.
Flavors: A little creamy, but not too heavy. Lemon cuts the butter's oily, makes it easy to eat even on a plane. Shrimp has a good bouncy, and the sauce soaks into the pasta, making each word taste whole.

Another menu is the Japanese Fried Chicken Karaage & Scrambled Egg Rice Bowl.
The dish will be served in the form Karake Chicken Face Rice and People Eggs, a familiar menu for Japanese airlines.
Flavor: Karake chicken is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The taste is slightly salty, Japanese style. People eggs are soft and help keep the rice from drying too much. When eaten together, it will taste mellow.

Both menus are served with desserts. Molto Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream. Ice cream has a strawberry flavor mixed with cheesecake. The ice cream meat is smooth and sweet. It's perfect to eat after a savory meal. Ice cream allows a refreshing finish to the meal on the plane.
