Deliverance From Delulu: Episode One 📍
I didn’t grow up careless… just convinced that what I was taught was the only way to live.
Today’s deliverance made me aware that:
🕊️ the bank doesn’t have to charge me rent to hold my money (but I do understand some banks have overhead etc. I just won’t be paying that for them anymore.)
🕊️ health isn’t optional if I want longevity
🕊️ discipline is a form of self-respect, not punishment
I’m not becoming someone new and I’m unbecoming what survival taught was normal.
If you’ve ever outgrown a mindset, a system, or a “that’s just how we do it”… then welcome! You’re in the right series.

Understanding financial stewardship is essential in today’s world, especially when it comes to how we manage our money and interact with banks. Many people unknowingly pay fees or rents to banks just to hold their funds, which can add up significantly over time. Recognizing that banks have operating costs is important, but becoming aware of alternative banking options or fee-free accounts can empower you to keep more of your money. Health is often overlooked until it becomes a serious concern. Prioritizing well-being is not optional but a necessary part of living a longer, fuller life. Simple choices like balanced nutrition, regular exercise, and stress management contribute hugely to longevity and quality of life. Discipline is frequently mistaken for punishment; however, it’s actually a profound act of self-respect. Setting boundaries, creating routines, and committing to personal goals all foster self-worth and contribute to unlearning survival-based mindsets that may no longer serve you. This series invites anyone feeling stuck in outdated systems or mentalities—the 'delulu' mindset—to begin gently evicting those limiting beliefs. It’s about embracing growth, becoming more authentic, and cultivating a healthier relationship with money, health, and self-discipline. If you’re ready to start this journey, consider naming a delulu you’re releasing as a symbolic step toward empowerment and freedom.
