「肉そば藤七（仙台・上杉）」は、初めて行くと“行列＝めちゃくちゃ待つ？”と身構えるんですが、実際は回転が早くて思ったよりスムーズでした。お昼どきは常に並んでいることが多いので、時間に余裕がある日に行くのがおすすめです。 私が頼んだのは定番の「山形の冷たい肉そば（並）」にトッピングでゲソ天。まず冷たい肉そばは、つゆが“コクがあるのにさっぱり”で、暑い日でも食べやすいのが良かったです。そばは長く太めで食べごたえあり。並でもそばが多めに感じたので、「仙台でガッツリ肉そば食べたい」人には刺さると思います。 そして推したいのがゲソ天。外はサクッと、中は噛むほど旨みが出 る感じで、冷たいつゆにちょっと浸して食べると相性抜群でした。写真や口コミで“ゲソ天いぎなり旨い”って見かけるのも納得。最初は別皿でサクサクを楽しんで、途中からつゆに入れて味変する食べ方が個人的に好きです。 行き方は地下鉄南北線の勾当台公園駅から徒歩圏内。駐車場は無いので、車なら近くのコインパーキング前提になります。支払いは現金のみ＆前払い方式で、最初に注文して番号が呼ばれるまで待つスタイル。ここを知らないと店内で迷いやすいので、入店したら先に注文→支払い→待機、の流れを意識すると安心です。 「冷たい肉そば 仙台」で探している人や、「仙台 そば」「仙台 肉そば」で間違いないお店に行きたい人は、藤七を候補に入れて損なし。行列でも回転が早いので、並ぶ価値は十分ありました。
