The fresh lei given upon arrival added a warm, authentic Hawaiian welcome that made me feel instantly connected to the island's culture. The resort’s oceanfront rooms with balconies allowed me to enjoy breathtaking sunrises and feel the gentle ocean breezes throughout the day, creating a peaceful retreat from the bustling Waikīkī streets. Just next door, Duke’s restaurant offered delicious Pacific-inspired meals and cocktails, making it easy to dine without leaving the comfort of paradise. What really enhances the experience at The Royal Hawaiian is its rich history and ambiance that feels straight out of a movie—combining luxury with a deep respect for Hawaiian heritage.
