Setting a regular morning routine that includes bench pressing not only enhances muscle strength but also promotes better sleep patterns and overall energy levels throughout the day. Tracking your progress with a workout log allows you to adjust weights and reps gradually, leading to continuous improvement. Remember, listening to your body is important; if you feel excessive soreness or fatigue, allow extra recovery time.
