I’ve found that adopting a mantra like "I don't chase energy. I protect it." can be a powerful reminder to prioritize self-care and mental clarity. During this seasonal shift, our environment fills with new life and activity, which can be both invigorating and overwhelming. Protecting your energy means setting boundaries that prevent burnout—whether that’s limiting time on social media, prioritizing restful sleep, or spending quality moments in nature. Personally, I start my mornings with a brief mindfulness practice, reciting my energy protection mantra to center myself before the day begins. This act creates a mental shield that keeps distractions and negativity at bay. Additionally, incorporating gentle physical activities like yoga or stretching helps maintain not just physical vitality but also emotional balance.
