Chiang Mai doesn't have a good cafe... 🌿 the morning in the old city makes you fall in love.

One morning in the old city of Chiang Mai. 💚
June in Chiang Mai. Daylight may be quite hot, but the morning is back to being a better time for a walk than many people think.
Especially from before sunrise until about 9: 00 in the morning. It's a good time to walk comfortably.
When people stay in the old town, I always recommend getting up early and walking.
Because the old town actually has more interesting breakfast options than hotel breakfast.
In the alleys, small cafes, brunch shops and local restaurants gradually open.
There are plenty of good coffee and easy breakfasts to choose from.
For me, choosing a place to stay in the old town may not be the most important thing to have breakfast.
Because it's fun to walk around and find a pleasant shop before eating breakfast in a hurry.
The Old Town in the early morning before tourists come out to fill the streets. There is a totally different atmosphere than during the daytime.
People are sweeping the front of the house.
A bike that slowly goes by.
The bell from a nearby temple.
And the morning sunshine passing through the trees.
Despite not being a famous tourist attraction, just keep walking can truly experience the lifestyle of Chiang Mai.
After 10: 00 in the morning, the sun will get stronger and stronger.
If you're staying in the old town, wake up one day earlier than usual.
No need to plan where to go.
Just walk slowly down a small alley.
Stop by the eye-catching cafe.
Order a cup of coffee.
And then sit and look at the weekdays of people in Chiang Mai.
For me, that was the moment to get to know Chiang Mai in a way that was really Chiang Mai. 🤍
The restaurant is good. The cafe is good.
But sometimes a morning that doesn't do anything special turns out to be the memory that stays with us the longest. ☀️
