I'm living in my closet for NYFW 🫣

Honestly, I love this size of room. I used to wish I had a walk-in closet... so I could put my bed in there and use the real room for clothes! The only thing I wish I had in this hostel room is a mirror so I could do my makeup 🎀

With the excitement of runway shows and the hustle of metropolitan life, it can be quite the adventure, especially when you're living in a hostel. Many attendees opt for compact accommodations, making it essential to maximize every inch of space. This often leads to creative solutions, such as turning a small closet into a multi-functional haven for both sleep and storage. In the heart of New York City, the energy is palpable, and every day is packed with fashion-related events, networking opportunities, and meet-ups. For someone attending NYFW, the logistics of finding the perfect outfit and ensuring you have the necessary beauty tools can become a fun challenge, especially when space is limited. Having a mirror is crucial, yet often overlooked in smaller living situations, leaving attendees to consider clever alternatives for daily grooming. The NYFW experience is not just about the fashion shows; it’s also about forming connections and sharing stories with others who are passionate about style. Engaging with fellow fashion enthusiasts through hashtags like #Lemon8Diary or #lemon8diarychallenge furthers this sense of community, even when you are confined to a small space. Whether you're a designer, influencer, or just a fashion lover, embracing your unique circumstances can make your NYFW journey memorable and inspiring.
