Creamy Crack Chicken Soup 🤤🤤🤤
The perfect fall southern meal 🍂🍁🥘
Ingredients you’ll Need are
* 3 boneless skinless chicken breast (family of 5 with leftovers for dinner the next day)
* OR a rotisserie chicken skin off and shredded
* 1 package of Ranch Seasoning
* 1 cup of water
* 3 cups of chicken broth (I use reduced sodium)
* 1 block of cream cheese (room temperature)
* 4 cups of sharp cheese (I buy & shred the blocks myself)
* 1 box of Red Lobster cheddar bay biscuits
* 1 stick of butter
* Onion powder (Optional)
* Garlic powder (Optional)
* Smoked Paprika (Optional)
* Cajun Seasoning (Optional)
-After seasoning your chicken breast (This is optional I season mine for a little extra flavor)
-In a pan add about 3-4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and pan sear chicken on one side for 5-7 min & 4-7 minutes on the other side, set aside to rest.
-Shred Sharp cheese block(s) (you can use shredded cheese in a bag if you’d like)
-Start preparing the biscuit mix following the instructions on the box (set aside Garlic & herb blend pouch for later)
-Add your shredded rotisserie chicken OR
if you pan seared your own chicken breast shred with two forks or use a hand mixer (whichever you’d prefer) add shredded chicken to a pot, add ranch package, add liquids, 3 cups of cheese and cream cheese block, mix together well until smooth.
-Pour into a casserole dish and plop a spoonful of the biscuit mix right on top until the mixture is gone.
-Bake at 425 until biscuits are golden brown (how you prefer)
-Melt a stick of butter and add that garlic herb blend from the biscuit mix and stir well
-Pour it all over the top of your dish once it’s done & enjoy ☺️
