You'll often find me preparing dishes like a perfectly seasoned salmon with roasted potatoes and green beans. This meal is a winner because salmon is packed with omega-3s, and roasting vegetables brings out their natural sweetness with minimal effort. Another favorite is a hearty steak with rice and greens. For those nights when you're craving something substantial, a lean cut of steak cooks up quickly, and pairing it with fresh greens and simple rice makes for a balanced and satisfying plate. If you're looking to mix things up, my salmon with asparagus and avocado is a fantastic lighter option. The healthy fats from the avocado complement the salmon beautifully, and asparagus spears roast up in no time. For a fun twist on poultry, I often make chicken wings with broccoli, carrots, and rice. Now, when I say chicken wings, I'm talking about baked or air-fried versions, keeping them crispy and delicious without the extra oil.
