Today's Reminders ✨🤍
Following Jesus isn’t about having it all figured out it’s about trusting the One who does. Every step forward in faith, even the small ones, matters. He’s not asking for perfection. He’s asking for you exactly where you are, exactly as you are. So keep walking. Keep trusting. The path He’s leading you on is going somewhere good.

Following Jesus is truly a personal journey that doesn’t require having everything figured out, but instead invites us to trust Him wholeheartedly. From my own experience, I have found that even the smallest actions of faith—like choosing kindness or patience during challenging times—become powerful steps forward on this path. It’s comforting to realize that Jesus asks for who we are now, not who we think we should be, relieving the pressure to be perfect. The OCR content highlights several powerful biblical scriptures, such as Mark 3:34-35 about being part of Jesus’ family through doing God’s will, and Matthew 11:29 where Jesus offers rest to the weary. These verses remind me that discipleship isn’t just about following rules but living out God's love and goodness in everyday life. For instance, embracing Matthew 10:38 NIV, which talks about taking up our cross daily, means we sometimes face sacrifices or trials, yet these moments deepen our faith and purpose. I’ve also learned that discipleship involves being the “salt of the earth” by positively influencing those around us without judgment. This aligns with the call to love one another as stated in John 13:35 NET—our love is the proof we are Jesus’ disciples. In practice, it means extending grace generously, knowing we all struggle and grow at our own pace. Sharing God’s good news isn’t reserved for grand moments but can happen through simple acts of encouragement and living authentically. When I reflect on these teachings, it encourages me to keep walking in faith, trusting that the path Jesus leads me on is filled with purpose and hope. So whether someone is just starting their faith journey or deepening an existing one, remember: every step forward matters, and Jesus welcomes us just as we are.
