Sharkies-- Ocean Shores Washington

Every time I visit, I find something new and exciting to take home, making it one of my favorite quick 'activities in Ocean Shores' just to wander through. But Ocean Shores is so much more than just awesome shops like Sharkies. After you've picked up your treasures, there are so many incredible 'things to do in Ocean Shores' that will make your trip unforgettable. My absolute favorite activity was spending time on the expansive beaches. Whether it's flying a kite, looking for sand dollars, or even trying your hand at clamming (always check seasons and regulations!), the beach offers endless fun. You can even rent a moped or a surrey bike and cruise the sand, which is a total blast! For nature lovers, Damon Point is a fantastic spot for birdwatching and finding unique shells. We saw so many different species of birds, and the views of the ocean are just stunning. It’s a peaceful escape and a great way to experience the natural beauty of the area. If you're traveling with family, there are plenty of classic seaside attractions like mini-golf courses, arcades, and even a carousel to keep everyone entertained. We spent an afternoon playing games, and it was a blast! And don't forget the food! Ocean Shores has some fantastic seafood restaurants where you can enjoy fresh catch. Nothing beats a warm bowl of clam chowder after a brisk walk on the beach. It’s the perfect way to refuel before heading out for more adventures. Here are a few quick tips for your Ocean Shores adventure: Dress in layers, as the weather can change quickly. Bring sturdy shoes for beach walks. And definitely carve out time to explore the unique shops, especially Sharkies, for those one-of-a-kind finds! Overall, Ocean Shores offers a fantastic mix of relaxation and adventure, and places like Sharkies add to its charm. It's truly one of my favorite places to visit in the #PNW.
