It been a little bit since i’ve been on this app! Thought it was time to reintroduce myself because a lot had changed! My name is Sevana and I’m almost 25! I’m married and have a sweet 8 month old little boy who is my first baby! I’m a registered nurse that only works part time so I can be at home with my baby more. I’m currently on my postpartum journey and getting back into health and fitness! I love health, fitness, wellness, cooking, makeup, reading, and of course being a mom! I would love to connect with other new moms on this app! Let’s be friends:)

... Read moreIt's been such a whirlwind of joy and learning since my little boy, Hudson, arrived 8 months ago! Every day brings new discoveries, both for him and for me, and honestly, being a mom is the most incredible adventure. I feel so lucky to be able to balance my passion for nursing with spending precious time at home. Working part-time as an RN, just two days a week in a clinic, gives me the best of both worlds – I get to maintain my skills and connect with patients, but more importantly, I'm here for all of Hudson's milestones. My husband, Cameron, and I have been together since we were 14, and seeing him embrace fatherhood has been truly heartwarming. Our family portrait, with all three of us together, is one of my most cherished memories.
My postpartum journey has also been a big focus for me. Getting back into a fitness routine has been a gradual process, and I'm learning to be patient and kind to my body. It's not about bouncing back, but about building strength and energy for my new role! Beyond just workouts, I'm really passionate about overall wellness – that means eating nutritious food, finding little moments of self-care, and even tackling those common postpartum challenges like hair health. If you've been there, you know what I mean! I've been trying out different strategies, and I'd love to swap tips with you all on what’s worked or hasn't. Cooking healthy, delicious meals for our family has become another therapeutic outlet for me after a busy day.
When I'm not at the clinic or chasing after Hudson, you might find me curled up with a good book (my favorite way to unwind!), experimenting with new makeup looks (even if it's just for a quick trip to the store!), or trying out a fresh, wholesome recipe. It's all about finding those little pockets of joy and self-care that rejuvenate me. I truly believe that taking care of ourselves empowers us to be the best moms, wives, and individuals we can be. I'm so excited to share more of my life, my tips, and my experiences here on Lemon8. I'm always looking to connect with other new moms who are navigating this beautiful, chaotic, and utterly rewarding journey. What are your favorite wellness hacks or baby tips that have made a difference for you?
