“This “museum in a box” is such a cute and thoughtful concept by Seven TeaHouse. It really feels like you’re walking into a museum, starting with a brief history of tea, how each tea is made, and the characteristics of every tea included in the box. Everything is explained in a way that feels inviting and easy to digest. I think this is such a great guide for tea beginners who are curious to learn more without feeling overwhelmed ✨
For tea lovers like me who enjoy both classic teas and rare little gems, this set has a really nice balance. You’ll find well-known teas like Dragon Well and Silver Needle, but also fun surprises like jasmine black tea and gardenia green tea 🤩 I especially love how inclusive and informative the packaging is, having details right there makes the experience feel even more intentional 🙌
As a dan cong lover, I had to start with the Ya Shi Xiang Dan Cong. The dry leaves give off a strong fruity note with a surprising hint of hazelnut skin. Once brewed, the classic orchid aroma comes through, along with a touch of honey. The flavor is exactly what I hoped for, sweet, floral, and softly honeyed🍯 By the 2nd to 4th brew, the orchid lingers even more and the sweetness really opens up.
This is absolutely the kind of gift I’d send to my tea friends 💛”
