Having a Million Dollars by 35 Years Old.

Heyyy SGFC Fam!

(OMG I miss saying and typing this hahaha 🫶)

Hope your Tuesday is SUPER FINE and since it’s 11/11, don’t forget to make a wish (yes, I believe in that kinda sh*t 😂).

Anywayyys, with the recent market pump (even after that mini correction that made some panic), my portfolio just hit a new ALL-TIME HIGH.

💰 Total cash + investments: > $1,000,000.

Didn’t expect to hit this so soon, and I’m humble enough to know it can swing the other way anytime. But still, this one means a lot.

When I started investing in 2020, and began sharing my journey here in 2022, I never thought I’d hit $1M liquid by 35.

Now I can only imagine where things will be in another decade if I stay consistent.

Like many of you, I was once hesitant and kept procrastinating to start investing. But once I finally did — I went all in to make up for lost time.

So if you’re still sitting on the fence, I hope this gives you a little push today.

Let’s keep growing, learning, and compounding - one step at a time. 🚀

And if you are unsure, you can always ask questions! 🥰

... Read moreReaching the milestone of having a million dollars by age 35 didn't happen overnight. I started investing in 2020, at a time when I felt uncertain and slow to begin. But once I committed, I dedicated myself fully to growing my portfolio. What truly helped me was adopting a long-term mindset, focusing on steady growth rather than quick wins. Even during market dips, I reminded myself to stay humble and patient, knowing that fluctuations are part of investing. A significant portion of my assets is diversified across US and Singapore markets, including banks, REITs, and swing trades, which helped balance risk and opportunity. I also keep a healthy amount of cash accessible for new investments or unexpected events. If you're sitting on the fence about investing, start small but start consistently. Compound growth over years can turn modest amounts into significant wealth. Ask questions, learn from experiences, and keep yourself motivated by setting clear financial goals. Remember, every day is a chance to move closer to financial independence, no matter your starting point.

Does it mean you have to cash out profits, then go back into the market with 1 mil? Or else how do you invest 1 mil (since I know you alr retired hahaha)

how i saved my first 100K by 30 + SAVING TIPS
Saving $100k by 30 is a common first financial goal in the FIRE (financial independence, retire early) community and it was mine too when I started working. Growing up poor, I developed good saving habits and over the years, I remained frugal and loyal to this goal because I strongly believe th

🇸🇬 2 Hours a Day Changed the Way I Live
I used to live like that too. Day time working hard at my full time job… After work I rushed to pick up my kids from childcare and student care. Reach home still need to cook, settle homework, house chores… By the time everything is done… I’m already drained. I was so busy surviving… I didn

Why just 2 hours a day? 🤔 Honestly… most of us waste 2 hours • Doom scrolling social media • 或者 binge Korean dramas 😅 But what if these 2 hours could be used for something actually fulfilling? Like learning a new tool to help grow your business! 💻✨ Time is our most val
