私が「ナリス ルミエ」を使っていて一番助かったのは、“迷わない操作”でした。MODEボタンとLEVELボタン中心で、CLEAN／MOIST／EMS／STROBEがパッと選べるので、忙しい日でも続けやすいです。ここでは、検索でも多い「ナリス ルミエ 使い方」「拭き取り 美顔器」「美顔器用化粧水」あたりの疑問に寄せて、私なりのコツをまとめます。 ■CLEAN（拭き取り）をうまくやるコツ 拭き取り美顔器は“こすらない”が本当に大事。コットンカバーにコットンを付け、ふきとり化粧水（私はルクエ コンク）をひたひたにしてから、顔の中心→外側に向かって軽くすべらせています。小鼻やあごは汚れが出やすいので、同じ場所を何回も往復するより「ゆっくり1〜2回」を意識すると刺激感が少なかったです。使った後のコットンを見ると達成感がある反面、やりすぎると乾燥しやすいので“毎日やるなら短時間”が私には合いました。 ■MOIST（浸透）＋HOTの組み合わせ MOISTは、いつもの化粧水や美容液で使えるのが便利でした。「美顔器用化粧水」をわざわざ買わなくてもOKなのは続けやすいポイント。私は化粧水を付けたコットンでMOIST→乾きそうなら化粧水を足す、という感じ。HOTを併用すると温かさでリラックスできて、夜のケアに向いていました（※浸透は角層まで）。 ■EMSは“弱めスタート”が安心 初EMSだとびっくりしやすいので、LEVELは低めからがおすすめ。私は慣れるまで2〜3、慣れてきたら4〜5が心地よく感じました。顔が乾いているとピリっとしやすいので、化粧水やジェルでしっかり湿らせた状態で当てると体感がマイルド。頬・フェイスラインは動かしやすいですが、目周りは無理に当てず避けています。 ■STROBE（スペシャル）をやる日の決め方 毎日全部やろうとすると続かないので、私は「時間がある週末だけSTROBE」「平日はCLEANかMOISTだけ」みたいに分けています。旅行前や大事な予定の前日に“スペシャル感”として入れると、習慣化しやすかったです。 ■ルクエ コンク（拭き取り化粧水）の使いどころ ルクエ コンクはさっぱり寄りなのに、あと肌がつっぱりにくいのが好みでした。拭き取り後は必ず保湿（化粧水＋乳液orクリーム）までセットにすると、拭き取りケアの満足度が上がります。 ※使用感は個人の感想です。肌が敏感な日は無理せず、まずは短時間・低レベルから試すのが安心だと思います。
