Healthy Fries
Ingredients:
-5 large carrots, peeled and sliced into sticks
-Lemon juice
-Salt
-Pepper
-Dried minced onion
-Dried chives
-Parsley
-Cayenne
Directions:
Toss together your carrot sticks, seasonings measured with your heart, olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice.
Transfer to your air fryer set to 400 degrees and cook for 18-20 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and crispy.
