Let me ask y’all… I just graduated for sterile processing tech. I have been applying some of everywhere I could and everyone keeps saying I need more experience. Well how do I get it?

Just keep applying to literally everywhere and put yourself out there. Make sure it’s entry level, you typically move out of them fast and can promote or build your resume faster. Sometimes you may have to be in the location but not do the actual job which would require networking internally. Sometimes places don’t want to risk it on new graduates and other times they want to and hope they gain back what they need from you.
