😍 Don’t you just love it when the big bad tough guy absolutely falls HARD for their love interest. In this case Connor fell hard for Ryan. As he should cause our sweet boy Ryan deserves all the love. This story had me DEEP in my feels. Now that could be because I was on my cycle while reading (TMI, sorry) but I don’t think that’s the case. I think it’s the authors ability to tell a story about overcoming fears, trauma and a whole number of personal issues and finding love on the other side in such a beautifully smutty way (yes there are sex scenes). Now that love does come with a side of crazy but what else is to be expected from these Ruthless Titans. What started as a fake marriage between two teammates, for Connor’s sake, turned into finding the love and family you never knew you needed. As always I loved every second of it and hated that it was over when I finished reading it. I can’t wait to see what’s next from this unhinged hockey world.
