Some people might think, "It's just me, what's wrong?" But really, coming back to natural curly hair gives us more than you think. Some of the things you find change our mindset and way of life.
Because almost every curly hair person has been saying, "I'm broken, I'm not pretty" all along, we've been taught in the head that beautiful hair is only straight hair, they like to tell us, "Comb me, put oil on it." Every day I'm busy, I'm accused of not combing my hair, not taking care of it. When we discover the right way of care, it really makes us know...

จากที่เราเคยโดนพูดเหมือนกันว่า “ผมหยิกคือผมไม่สวย/ผมไม่รู้ๆ” (คือมันดูยุ่งๆ ฟูๆ เหมือนไม่หวี) เลยอยากมาเติมส่วนที่เป็น “ทำยังไงให้ผมหยิกธรรมชาติไม่ฟู” และ “ทรงผมหยิกผู้หญิง” แบบที่ทำได้จริงค่ะ เผื่อใครกำลังกลับมาเป็นตัวเองในเวอร์ชั่นที่ธรรมชาติให้มาเหมือนกัน 1) เข้าใจก่อนว่าผมหยิกฟูไม่ได้แปลว่าผมเสียเสมอไป สำหรับเรา “ฟู” ส่วนใหญ่เกิดจากผมขาดความชุ่มชื้น + ลอนแตกตัว เพราะการหวีตอนแห้ง/ใช้ความร้อน/สระแรงเกินไป พอเปลี่ยนวิธีดูแล ลอนชัดขึ้นทันที แล้วความรู้สึกว่าโดนสังคมหลอกก็มาเลย เพราะที่เคยทำมาตลอดมันยิ่งทำให้ฟูจริงๆ 2) รูทีนลดฟูแบบง่าย (มือใหม่เริ่มได้) - ตอนสระ: เลือกแชมพูอ่อนๆ เน้นนวดหนังศีรษะ ปลายผมปล่อยให้ฟองไหลผ่านพอ ไม่ขยี้แรง - คอนดิชันเนอร์/มาสก์: ใส่ช่วงกลาง-ปลาย แล้ว “บีบ” ให้ผลิตภัณฑ์ซึมเข้าลอน (เหมือนบีบลอนให้รวมตัว) - ตอนผมเปียก: ใช้หวีซี่ห่างหรือใช้นิ้วสางเท่านั้น ถ้าหวีตอนแห้งสำหรับเรา = ฟูทันที - ลงครีม/เจลจัดลอน: ลงตอนผมยังชุ่มๆ แล้วใช้วิธีขยำขึ้น (scrunch) เพื่อให้ลอนจับตัว ลดผมไม่รู้ๆ - ซับผม: เปลี่ยนจากผ้าขนหนูธรรมดาเป็นผ้าไมโครไฟเบอร์/เสื้อยืดเก่า ซับแบบกดๆ ไม่ถู 3) เทคนิคทำให้ลอนสวยขึ้น (ต้องใช้ความอดทนขั้นสุด แต่คุ้ม) - แห้งแบบธรรมชาติหรือไดร์ลมอ่อน+ดิฟฟิวเซอร์ ถ้ารีบร้อนใช้ลมแรง/ร้อนจัด ลอนแตกและฟูง่ายมาก - พอผมแห้งแล้ว ถ้ามีความแข็งจากเจล (cast) ให้ใช้มือนุ่มๆ ขยำเบาๆ ลอนจะนิ่มขึ้นและยังคงทรง - วันถัดไปรีเฟรช: ฉีดน้ำให้ชื้นนิดๆ แล้วขยำเพิ่มด้วยครีม/เจลเล็กน้อย ไม่ต้องสระทุกวัน 4) ไอเดียทรงผมหยิกผู้หญิงที่ช่วย “คุมฟู” - ทรงเลเยอร์ยาว/ปานกลาง: ช่วยให้ลอนตกเป็นทรง ไม่พองเป็นสามเหลี่ยม - หน้าม้าซีทรูหยิกเบาๆ: ถ้าช่างเข้าใจผมหยิก จะน่ารักมากและช่วยบาลานซ์กรอบหน้า - เกล้ามวยต่ำ/ครึ่งหัว: เหมาะกับวันที่ผมไม่เป็นใจ แต่ยังโชว์ลอนด้านล่างได้ ทริคส่วนตัวคือเวลาไปตัดผม เราจะบอกช่างว่าอย่าซอยบางเกินไป และขอดูทรงตอนผมแห้งด้วย เพราะตอนเปียกผมหยิกจะดูยาวกว่าจริง 5) สิ่งที่อยากบอกคนผมหยิกที่กำลังเหนื่อย ผมหยิกธรรมชาติทำให้เราได้ “ฝึกความอดทน” และรักษานิสัย perfectionist จริงๆ ค่ะ บางวันผมสวยมาก บางวันก็ฟูแบบงงๆ แต่พอเราหยุดด่าตัวเอง แล้วค่อยๆ ปรับรูทีน เราจะเริ่มเห็นตัวเองในเวอร์ชั่นที่ธรรมชาติให้มา และความมั่นใจจะกลับมาแบบไม่ต้องพยายามฝืน ถ้าคุณกำลังอยู่ช่วงเปลี่ยนผ่านจากยืดผม/ทำร้ายผมมาเยอะ อย่าเพิ่งท้อค่ะ ลอนสวยต้องใช้เวลา แต่พอมันกลับมาแล้วจะรู้สึกว่า “เราไม่ได้ผิดอะไรเลย” จริงๆ
