3years ago when I did this dance video.

... Read moreDance has always been a vibrant expression of art and culture, captivating audiences and inspiring countless individuals. In the age of social media, dance videos have gained immense popularity, serving not only as entertainment but also as a way for dancers to showcase their skills and creativity. Reflecting on videos created in the past allows creators to see their growth and evolution as artists. When I filmed my dance video 3 years ago, it was more than just a performance; it was a moment of artistic freedom, reminiscent of the creative energy often celebrated during festive periods like Christmas. Engaging with dance during breaks, such as teachers on Christmas vacation, can spark inspiration and provide a refreshing outlet for both relaxation and creativity. As we move forward with technology and trends, it's essential to maintain the core essence of dancing: creating joy and connecting with others. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or just starting, revisiting older pieces can ignite passion and lead to new ideas. In today's digital landscape, platforms like Lemon8 allow users to share their dance journeys and connect with others who share similar interests. Embrace the memories of your past performances while inviting new inspirations into your current practice.

It’s day 2 of my couch to 5k journey. The last time I ran was almost 6 years ago when I was in the military. I hated running then. I’m very out of shape and I have no idea why I thought this would be a good idea but I’m doing it. Please leave some running tips in the comments. #runningou

3 years ago I made the best choice ever
In 2020 I was juggling homeschool during covid, a restaurant with 30 employees (all trying to decide how to deal with the pandemic with little real information), a husband working crazy hours, moving into a new home we had built, and a high demand religion and 3 kids who were growing up too fast.

Indescribable feelings. Why is it when your lying in bed trying to go to sleep when the thoughts of every person and every memory that has ever hurt you come flooding to your mind? It’s this feeling that is indescribable. This feeling that you just push down trying to never have to feel it again.
