#storytime I’ll never forget this visit!! 🥰😭💛 I traveled east to spend some quality time with my grandfather, who was on his sick bed. The year prior to this, I traveled to see him and was graced with the opportunity to minister salvation to him. He received Jesus as Lord with tears rolling down his face.🙌🏾🙌🏾❤️❤️🔥🔥 This visit in particular, I left with tears rolling down mine, because I had a knowing that it would be my last visit with him. 🥲 I remember calling him “peanut head” on this day and we cracked up laughing for about 15-20 min. 🤣🤣 This is my dad’s father. He stood in for my father many times! He gave me away in my wedding, he checked on me, he made me feel the love that I desired from a father. I’m grateful he lived to witness the reconciliation between my dad and I. It was my grandfathers sickness that helped bridge that gap. God is sovereign! I miss you gramps.
