No judgement ,I’m showing this to help others!!

This is my current body, I’m 4 months postpartum. I just got the okay to finally work out. As a mom who experienced postpartum preeclampsia this has been a hard journey. I know most of my content has been about my business but I don’t gatekeep. I wanted to eat healthier after baby #5 and so I started to. After a week my stomach started shrinking. These are the prompts I used into ChatGPT/Claude alAI to help me:

STEP 1: Do not make a medical diagnosis. Work as a premium wellness strategist. create a personalized healthy plate system for your specific goal — fat loss, hormones, energy, skin, digestion — with real meal ideas, snack ideas, and food labels.

(remember this is for me)

Age 36, currently post partum after baby number 5, exercises 4 days a week, height 5’4, weight 175

– goal (energy / healthier glowing skin / gut health / fat loss / hormones, want to age backwards)

activity level: minimal

– issues: bloating, sugar cravings, water retention, fatigue, acne, tiredness

Step 2: Based on the previous analysis, create a luxury ‘Personalized Wellness Moodboard’.

Style: editorial wellness magazine, blending Erewhon + Goop + Vogue Wellness + longevity clinic aesthetics. Photorealistic, premium composition, minimal typography.

Show:

– my ideal foods

– anti-inflammatory plate examples

– aesthetic meal compositions

 – drinks aligned with my goals

– healthy snacks

– wellness habits (without medical claims)

– an ideal grocery basket for my body and lifestyle

Include:

– a wellness color palette

– meal aesthetics

– ‘healthy girl’ atmosphere

– realistic food photography

This should feel like a visual instruction manual for my next-level lifestyle and energy.”

Step 3: PROMPT 3: Personalized Meal & Lifestyle System

“Now generate a complete personalized wellness food system based on the previous analysis and moodboard.

Create:

– visual meal plans for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks

– multiple dish options for each meal

– meals optimized for satiety, stable energy, reduced cravings, and enjoyment

– drinks that support my goals and reduce unhealthy cravings

– healthy dessert ideas that still feel emotionally satisfying

The style should feel:

– luxurious but realistic

– nourishing, aesthetic, calming

– sustainable long-term

– aligned with my body, psychology, and lifestyle

Avoid restrictive diet culture language. Focus on balance, pleasure, beauty, and consistency.”

If you really want to change your lifestyle you really can honestly. I used ChatGPT to also build my workout regimen (photo attached) based upon my body shape because my body shape is a mixture and unique unfortunately. Small top heavy bottom. If you want those prompts let me know and I will post those as well!!! Good luck ladies

I’m currently 4 months postpartum and recently received clearance to resume exercise, which has been a crucial milestone in my health journey. One important piece of advice I want to share is the power of personalized wellness plans. Using AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude, I developed a customized meal and lifestyle strategy that addresses my specific goals: fat loss, hormone balance, improved energy, glowing skin, and gut health. Creating a tailored plate system helped me overcome common postpartum issues such as bloating, sugar cravings, fatigue, and water retention. Incorporating anti-inflammatory foods like salmon, spinach, berries, and healthy fats from avocado and olive oil made a notable difference. Snacks and meals designed for satiety and stable energy prevented cravings and supported my daily activities. An essential part of my routine includes hydration, aiming for 80-100oz of water daily, and mindful wellness habits like walking after meals and strength training 3-4 times a week. The workout regimen was customized for my unique body shape—a combination of top-heavy and bottom-heavy—to target goals such as a smaller waist and stronger glutes through dumbbell-focused workouts. I’ve learned that embracing flexibility and avoiding restrictive diet culture is vital for long-term success. The focus is on balance, pleasure, beauty, and consistency rather than perfection. Nourishing the body with whole, anti-inflammatory foods combined with movement and rest creates a sustainable lifestyle that not only aids postpartum recovery but enhances overall well-being. If you’re a new mom or someone seeking a personalized approach to wellness, I encourage you to explore creating your own tailored nutrition and fitness strategy. Leveraging resources such as AI for prompts or working with wellness professionals can provide guidance specific to your body, psychology, and lifestyle. Remember, every small step counts towards thriving beyond postpartum, and sharing your journey can inspire others to prioritize their health too.
