What’s been on my plate lately
The good and the not as good.
Im eating around 1700 cal, 150 g of protein, and 20+ grams of fiber daily.
Thanks to Gymshark66, Im getting a variety of fruits and veggies for good fiber and micronutrients.
I’m healthy, but I’m not perfect.
I eat fast food and processed snacks sometimes.
And I LOVE candy.
Don’t let the need to be perfect keep you from eating healthy at all.
Don’t give yourself that out.

Maintaining a healthy diet can often feel overwhelming, especially when aiming for perfection. I've found that balancing nutrition with enjoyment is key to sustainable eating habits. On average, I consume about 1700 calories daily, focusing on 150 grams of protein and over 20 grams of fiber, which supports muscle maintenance and digestive health. Incorporating a variety of fruits and vegetables sourced through Gymshark66 ensures I get essential micronutrients and natural fiber, boosting overall well-being. However, I don’t strive for an unrealistic ideal of perfection. I allow myself occasional treats like fast food, processed snacks, and candy without guilt. This approach prevents feelings of deprivation and helps me stay consistent. Through personal experience, I’ve learned that flexibility in diet doesn't sabotage health goals; instead, it promotes longevity in healthy eating patterns. Eating isn’t about restriction but about nourishing your body and enjoying life’s pleasures. So, don’t let the pressure to eat perfectly stop you from making better daily choices. Gradual, balanced improvements paired with enjoyment can lead to lasting wellness.
