We get a few warm days & suddenly I’m Forrest Gump
I have been slacckkiinngg on my cardio but that warm sunny weather has me thinking about my vacation.
Which means more motivation to do some cardio.
It is also helping me hit my daily activity goal with Gymshark66, so thank you weather.
NASM recommends 150 min/week of moderate or 75 min/week of vigorous cardio (along with at least 2 days of full body strength training).
