When I’m short on time, I go for Marketside prepped entrees

#lemon8challenge #lemon8badgehunt

You can make this delicious, protein packed meal in about an hour and have enough to last several days!

The chicken is Walmart’s Marketside cream cheese and spinach stuffed chicken breasts.

➡️ Grill until 165 degrees.

I made a whole bag of sweet potatoes in the instant pot.

➡️ Wash the potatoes and put them on the trivet with 1-1 1/2 cups of water. Depending on the size, cook on high pressure for 10-20 minutes (these little ones took 10). Let them naturally release for 10 more minutes then quick release. I topped mine with Kerrygold butter and a little brown sugar and cinnamon.

I roast my asparagus in the oven.

➡️ Wash them and break off the bottom. Place in foil lined baking sheet. Spritz with 15 mL EVOO. Bake at 415 for about 15 minutes.

Everything on this plate is:

433 cal

35 g protein

6 g fiber

Walmart's Marketside prepped entrees, like the cream cheese and spinach stuffed chicken breasts, provide a delicious and protein-rich base that dramatically cuts down cooking time without sacrificing flavor. I often find myself turning to this meal when juggling work and family commitments. Grilling the chicken until it hits the safe internal temperature of 165 degrees ensures both safety and juiciness. Pairing it with sweet potatoes cooked in an Instant Pot is a game changer—they’re tender, subtly sweet, and ready in under 30 minutes, freeing up your oven or stove. Topping sweet potatoes with butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon adds a comforting twist that feels indulgent yet wholesome. Roasting asparagus with a spritz of extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) at high heat brings out its natural sweetness and provides a satisfying crunch. The quick roasting method produces vibrant, flavorful veggies with minimal prep and cleanup. From my experience, this meal prep not only fuels the body effectively with 35 grams of protein and 6 grams of fiber, but also supports weight management goals by being calorie conscious at 433 calories per serving. Preparing large batches at once means I have ready-to-eat meals throughout the week, cutting down on food waste and encouraging healthier eating habits even during busy days. Incorporating Marketside prepped products into meal prep routines can be a lifesaver for those seeking nutritious options without the hassle of lengthy cooking processes. It’s simple, convenient, and a delicious way to maintain a high-protein diet conducive to weight loss and muscle maintenance. For anyone struggling to find quick meal ideas, this approach delivers both taste and nutrition efficiently.
