Be honest, which type are you?
I feel like the world is basically split into people who do quick, short reps and people who do slow, full reps.
And I believe it can be indicative of someone’s personality.
Half reppers usually try to push through things in their daily life quickly and are more focused on the end goal versus the short term.
Full reppers usually are more thoughtful about their every day tasks and are more focused on doing things right now to make later easier.
This is obvously a bit of an exageration, and nothing is black and white.
But I would love for you to convince me otherwise!
