I'm so thrilled you're interested in starting your own glass hair journey! While my initial post covered some amazing budget-friendly products that literally transformed my long, frizzy, curly hair, I know many of you might be wondering how to really make these products work for your specific hair needs or how to build a complete routine. It’s more than just picking a great shampoo; it’s about nurturing your hair from root to tip. One of the biggest questions I get is about finding the 'best shampoo for long hair' and whether these recommendations are 'suitable for all hair types.' For long hair, the key is gentle care. Our ends are the oldest and most fragile part, so avoiding harsh sulfates that strip natural oils is crucial. Look for shampoos that promise moisturizing and frizz-taming benefits, as these often contain gentler cleansing agents and nourishing ingredients like hyaluronic acid or argan oil. Even if you have an oily scalp, focus the stronger cleanse there and let the lather gently run down the lengths. For those with fine hair, opt for lightweight formulas that won't weigh your hair down, but still deliver that sought-after shine. For thicker, coarser hair, richer, more emollient conditioners are a dream. Thinking about a holistic 'Audrey Victoria hair care routine' approach, it really does start in the shower, but extends beyond. Before shampooing, I sometimes like to do a pre-poo treatment, especially if my scalp health needs a boost or my ends feel particularly dry. Massaging a nourishing scalp oil can stimulate increasing hair growth and provide a protective barrier. When shampooing, focus on gently massaging your scalp to lift dirt and product buildup, rather than aggressively scrubbing your lengths. Follow with a generous amount of conditioner, focusing on the mid-lengths to ends. I leave mine in for at least 5 minutes, sometimes even 10, while I do other shower tasks. A quick cold rinse at the end can help seal the hair cuticle, boosting shine! But what about those dreaded 'worst split ends pictures' we all see and want to avoid? Split ends are a clear sign of damaged hair, often caused by heat styling, chemical treatments, or just mechanical friction. While products can't truly mend a split end, they can certainly prevent new ones and make existing ones look better. This is where a good leave-in conditioning treatment and smoothing hair oil become your best friends. After towel-drying your hair gently (never rub vigorously!), apply a small amount of leave-in to your mid-lengths and ends. This helps to heal damaged hair by providing a protective layer and much-needed moisture. Then, a few drops of smoothing hair oil can fight frizz and add shine, sealing the cuticle and making your hair look incredibly healthy and polished. Regular trims are non-negotiable for truly healthy lengths, but these products buy you time between salon visits. Remember, achieving glass hair is a journey, not a destination. It’s about being consistent with products that work for you and taking a gentle approach to your hair. Experiment with different application techniques and always listen to what your hair needs. Happy hair days ahead!

If you do use Luseta, use the entire pearl line ( pearl shampoo, pearl conditioner, pearl hair mask, pearl leave in conditioner). They saved my hair, made them shiny and healthy 🥰❤️🔥
