I stumbled upon this idea watching beauty gurus who swore by lymphatic drainage and facial sculpting. At first, I was skeptical. Could a few minutes of gentle massage really make a difference? Turns out, it absolutely can! I start with a clean face and a nourishing oil or serum. Then, using my fingertips and knuckles, I gently massage my face in upward and outward motions. I focus on my jawline to define it, my cheekbones for a lifted look, and around my eyes to reduce puffiness. It’s amazing how this simple act boosts circulation, making my skin look instantly plumper and more awake.
