Cabbage Stew
Perfect for cold, rainy days!
One Head Cabbage - Chopped 1 inch pieces
Smoked Sausage - Sliced 1/4 inch
2-3 Russet Potato - Diced
Onion - Diced
2 Cup Chicken Stock
1 1/2 Tbsp Ms Dash (No Salt)
Salt
Pepper
Fry smoked sausage in a pot big enough to cook everything until brown. Add potatoes and onions - fry for about 5 minutes. Add cabbage, stock, and Dash. Bring to a slight boil then simmer down to a low/med heat. Cover with a lid and stir occasionally for about 20-25 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
