On new moon or full moon nights, I prefer to embrace the quiet and simply write my affirmations without any background audio. Occasionally, I find myself in front of the mirror, reciting affirmations to myself, which highlights how significant they are in my life—I seize every opportunity to incorporate them! I believe that noting a date or year while journaling my manifestations, writing affirmations, or crafting a vision board is like signaling to the universe that I’m requesting those things for that specific timeframe. I’m committed to repeating and writing down these affirmations, along with many others, well past 2025! Engaging with affirmations—whether through listening, writing, or speaking—creates a powerful energy that flows through me and the universe, ensuring I receive all that I desire.
