Around 8:05 AM, I enjoyed a cinnamon applesauce—an easy, sweet snack made from apples, sugar, cinnamon, and ascorbic acid, which is great for a quick vitamin C boost. It’s comforting and naturally juicy, making it a perfect early morning treat. By noon, I had some leftover Mexican food. Leftover meals can be both convenient and delicious, especially when you have flavorful dishes like Mexican cuisine, which often include protein, beans, rice, and fresh vegetables. It’s a great way to enjoy food without spending extra time cooking during a busy day. Later in the afternoon, around 3 PM, I snacked on a fruit roll. Fruit rolls are portable and sweet, providing a quick source of natural sugars to keep energy levels up during that mid-afternoon slump. Even though it’s the end of the month, which can be a mix of excitement and stress, having straightforward, wholesome snacks and meals helps me stay balanced.
