GISOU HAIR OIL REVIEW! 🍯💆🏻‍♀️

i’ve recently been curious about gisou’s honey-infused line and absolutely had to try out their hair oil! 😍

i wasn’t disappointed! this hair oil tames my flyaways, and leaves my hair super soft and shiny without weighing it down or making it look greasy! it’s even good for freshening up your day old ponytails if you’re in a hurry leaving your house! 😊

i love the floral honey scent this oil has, but it does not linger too much on you hair since it’s not very strong! i’ll definitely be looking into their hair perfume! 🥰❤️

it also just makes you feel luxurious!! and that’s SUPER fun! 😊

EDITING TO ADD: added a screen cap of a video i took before work today to the last slide! these are after i let the oil sit in my hair for half of a day! so shiny and silky! (first results photo right after application)! 🍯

... Read moreBuilding on my initial thoughts about the Gisou Honey Infused Hair Oil, I wanted to dive deeper into how I truly make this product work its magic and address some questions I often get about its application, texture, and the results you can expect. One of the first things I learned is that less is definitely more, especially with this rich, honey-infused hair oil. I typically start with 2-3 drops for my mid-length hair, dispensed perfectly by the convenient dropper. I warm it between my palms first – this really helps distribute the sleek and shiny texture evenly. I focus on the mid-lengths and ends, gently working it through. For a quick refresh, especially on day-old hair or to tame those annoying flyaways around my hairline, just one tiny drop worked into my fingertips and smoothed over does wonders. I even tried it as a pre-shampoo treatment, letting it sit for about 20 minutes before washing, and my hair felt incredibly soft and nourished, almost as if I’d just had a salon treatment. The iconic Gisou bottle itself is quite elegant. I have the small bottle, which is perfect for travel or just keeping on my vanity without taking up too much space. The texture of the honey-infused oil is surprisingly light for how potent it is; it’s not overly sticky, thanks to the thoughtful formulation. For those wondering about the 20ml or mini size, I think it’s a fantastic way to try it out without committing to the full-size bottle, especially if you're new to hair oils or Gisou products. It's also great for carrying in your purse for on-the-go touch-ups, ensuring that sleek and shiny look lasts all day, perfect for a quick fix before an unexpected meeting or social event. I've noticed the 'before and after' effect isn't just immediate shine. Over time, with consistent use, my hair feels genuinely healthier and more resilient. The natural honey in the formula seems to be doing its job by conditioning and adding a protective layer. For those aiming for similar dramatic 'after' results as you might see in photos, my tip is to experiment with application methods. Some days, I let it sit for half a day, as I mentioned in my initial review, allowing it to deeply penetrate and work its magic. Other times, I apply it right after towel-drying my hair and let it air dry, which helps lock in moisture and gives a beautiful, natural sheen that feels effortless. I've found that incorporating it into both my wet and dry hair routines maximizes its benefits, truly transforming my hair’s overall appearance and feel. And that floral honey scent? It's subtle but incredibly luxurious, adding to the overall experience without being overpowering. It really elevates my haircare routine, making even a quick application feel like a pampering moment. If you're looking for a versatile hair oil that delivers on its promises of softness, shine, and manageability without the greasiness, the Gisou Honey Infused Hair Oil is definitely worth exploring. It’s become a staple in my routine, helping me achieve that desired sleek and shiny texture every single day.

I have it and definitely recommend but it would be nice if there was a stopper bc it leaks around the cap
